Terms & Conditions

ParasmaeExam — Candidate Portal

Draft — pending legal review. Last updated: October 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, applying for an exam, or otherwise using the ParasmaeExam Candidate Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the rules of the specific examination authority ("partner") conducting your exam. If you do not agree, you must not use this portal.

2. Account & Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current information when registering and when completing your profile (name, date of birth, category, PwD status, domicile, and related details).
  • Each candidate may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, or an account using another person's identity, is prohibited.
  • Your Candidate Key (CK) and account password are confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Category/reservation fields may be locked once an admit card has been generated using those values — see your exam's EXAM_CONTROLLER if a correction is genuinely needed.

3. Exam Applications & Fees

  • Applying for an exam does not guarantee admission; eligibility is verified by the examination authority.
  • Application fees, where applicable, are collected via the platform's payment gateway and are subject to the examination authority's refund policy.
  • Fee waivers/concessions are applied based on the category and other details you provide; providing false information to obtain a waiver is a serious violation and may result in disqualification.

4. Admit Cards, Results & Documents

  • Admit cards, results, and other documents are made available through this portal once published by the examination authority.
  • You are responsible for downloading and retaining copies of documents issued to you.
  • Instant results shown immediately after an exam (where applicable) are PROVISIONAL and may be revised following answer-key review or challenge resolution.

5. Conduct

  • You must not attempt to access another candidate's account or data, or interfere with the operation of the portal.
  • You must not submit false or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, application, or exam-day conduct.
  • Violations may result in account suspension, barring from an exam, or disqualification, at the examination authority's discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

ParasmaeExam provides the technology platform. The examination authority is responsible for the eligibility criteria, conduct, and results of its exam. ParasmaeExam is not liable for loss or damage arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages or browser compatibility issues.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this portal are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

8. Contact

For queries about a specific exam or application, contact that exam's helpdesk. For account or platform issues, use the support options available on this portal.
