• Profile details: date of birth, gender, category/reservation status, PwD/disability information, domicile state, and (where applicable) supporting documents and photographs.
• Application details: exams applied for, fee payment records, admit cards, and results.
• Technical details collected during an exam you take through this platform (e.g. device/browser identifiers, exam activity logs) as described in the applicable exam's own terms.

2. How We Protect It

• Sensitive personal fields (e.g. email, phone) are protected using field-level encryption (AES-256-GCM) at rest.
• Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Access to candidate data within the platform is role-restricted and logged.

3. Who We Share It With

• The examination authority ("partner") you apply to receives the application and profile data needed to process your candidature, issue your admit card, and declare results.
• Payment details are processed by our payment gateway partners; we do not store your full card/bank details.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Retention

Candidate and application data is retained for the period configured by the examination authority (commonly one year after the exam cycle concludes), after which it is archived or purged in line with the platform's retention policy.

5. Your Choices

• You can view and update most of your profile details from "My Profile".
• Some fields (e.g. category/reservation details) may be locked once an admit card has been generated using those values — contact the exam's EXAM_CONTROLLER if a correction is genuinely needed.
• You can download your own admit cards and results from this portal at any time they are published.
